| CEM-3 Copper Clad Laminate |
CEM-3 Copper Clad Laminate is composite epoxy resin,glass mat and glass fabric based copper clad laminate which could replace FR4 to meet the requirement in procession single/double side printed circuit board. It has good performance in punching,reliability of PTH (plated through hole) and resistance to moisture and heat.
Features:
. Different CTI grade (125V/175V/400V/600V) available upon request;
. Excellent performance in punching: Drilling and punching can be applied expediently with enhanced processing
effidiency. The drill bit is lasting 2~5 times during drilling process comparing to FR4;
. Different colors of CEM-3 available upon request: Beige/White/Transparent/Yellow/Black.
